Principal/Co-Founder

Mr. La Mack co-manages all aspects of the company including retail, multi-family and mixed-use development. He is also responsible for finding new development and redevelopment opportunities as well as coordinating the process from initial concept through design, entitlements, leasing, construction and operations.

Dante Massaro

Principal/Co-Founder

Mr. Massaro co-manages all aspects of the company including retail, multi-family and mixed-use development. He focuses on acquisitions, finances, and works closely with capital partners, along with overseeing the retail portfolio.

William Stelma

Managing Director

Mr. Stelma is responsible for the financial and tax reporting of the firm’s investments and assisting with investment strategy. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Mr. Stelma was a Managing Director for 11 years at Gemini Real Estate Advisors in New York, NY, where he was responsible for all accounting and tax aspects for numerous Funds which comprised of thousands of investors, and numerous Tenant in Common Investments in the Retail and Hotel sectors.
